The Pacific City Arts Association, Inc. (PCAA) mission is to enrich the artistic and cultural life of the Nestucca Valley, focusing on Pacific City. The Pacific City Arts Association seeks to develop, coordinate and schedule artistic, cultural and educational activities. The association is a great asset to our little 'city'.
