Bus
The Tillamook County Transportation System offers bus service between
Tillamook and Pacific City. At Tillamook, you can make connections
on into Portland.
Once in Portland, it is walking distance to the
Portland Metro System connecting to all areas of Portland including Portland
International Airport. Pacific City has two pick up/drop off points:
A nice covered bus stop on Pacific Ave a few yards from the light at Brooten.
And at the Kiawanda Community Center (wait inside). Schedules and fares can be

including information about the dial-a-ride based at the Community Center.
Naturally you can get HERE from Portland with the very same system.
Dial A Ride
Although sponsored by Tillamook County, the dial-a-ride mini van
is staffed by volunteers.
Rides are available to everyone with priority seating given to seniors
and disabled. The cost of the ride is $1.00. All of the mini
vans are wheelchair accessible. You can call a dispatcher at 1-800-815-8283
at least 2 hours in advance when you need a ride (plan ahead whenever possible
to reserve your trip). Someone will be available to take your reservation
Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. except holidays. Our van is
dispatched from the Community Center. Available Tuesdays and Thursdays
for Lincoln City.
