Types of Massage Offered:
Thai Massage
This type of massage is done fully clothed on a mat on the floor. It’s a
stretching routine that can increase flexibility and keep you moving.
Trigger Point Therapy
A very focused approach to specific muscle groups. This is a great way to
address chronic pain problems.
Craniosacral Therapy/Myofascial Techniques
Very subtle techniques used to release restrictions in the body’s connective
tissue and restore balance to the body’s craniosacral system. A great way to
relieve pain without the deep work required by Trigger Point Therapy.
Swedish Massage
Flowing movements promote relaxation, and stress relief. This is a full body
approach, rather than focusing on specific muscle groups or problems.
Hydra-Stone Massage
A Japanese modality that uses hot and cold stones to tap the tension out of
muscles.
Shorter sessions of Swedish massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Craniosacral
Therapy are available.
All massages are $60.00 for sixty minutes, and $80.00 for ninty minutes, except
Hydra-Stone Massage which is $75.00 for sixty minutes and $95.00 for 90 minutes.
