Pacific City Book, Bake, and Plant sale
Annual book, bake, and plant sale to benefit the Pacific City Library"
|
Saturday, March 24, 2012, 9am-3pm
at the Central Building, next to the Pacific City Post Office.
Admission is free. This has been a well-attended annual
event in Pacific City for more than a decade.
The sale benefits the South Tillamook County Library Club,
which maintains the local Pacific City public library building and
supports activities related to the library.
Come browse the many books, paperbacks and hardbacks:
fiction, nonfiction, children’s books, cookbooks, etc.
There’s always a fine selection of plants, plus the tempting
display of baked goods. All prices always a steal.
Members of the Library Club will be admitted early, starting
at 8 am, before doors open to the public at 9am. Anyone can
come during that first hour and join the Club right then and
there. Annual memberships are $5 for most individuals, $3
for students and seniors, and $10 for a family membership.
There will be a raffle of a unique lap quilt handcrafted by
the local Tuesday Quilters. The quilt will be on display at
the Library (at Camp St and Brooten Rd) for about two weeks
before the sale.
Your dollars go directly to the South Tillamook County
Library Club, a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation.
